Aaron joined Customer Solutions Group (CSG) as Vice President of Business Development in July of 2011. He has an extensive background in the insurance industry over the last 15 years. Prior to joining CSG, Aaron was Vice President of Sales and Operations at NetQuote, a privately held online insurance marketing company, where he build a sales force that lifted NetQuote to the #1 online insurance aggregator position prior to being sold in 2010. Here, Aaron ran the call center operations as well as served as the key relationship executive to over 70 insurance companies and 3rd party vendors. Before joining NetQuote, Aaron was a senior member of Capital One Insurance Group (COIS) where he helped create one of the largest independent insurance operations in the US supporting various Fortune 500 companies and leading nationwide insurance carriers. At (COIS) Aaron was one of the earliest adopters and largest buyers of online aggregator leads, quickly building a program that purchased internet automobile leads nationwide. Aaron also built an insurance agency operation in Toronto, ON, where he ran one of the first insurance call centers to be COPC certified.
His expertise in sales, sales management, training, call center leadership, online lead aggregation and project management consistently delivers increased performance for his clients. Additionally, Aaron’s extensive call center experience has afforded him the opportunity to develop many best practices of leading sales organizations.
Aaron seeks out specific insurance companies in need of a solution to current sales process challenges; be it a quantitative or qualitative opportunity. Aaron will leverage CSG’s InsideSalesLab™ to test a broad array of strategies depending on the need of the customer and work closely with that partner to determine the right long term course of action.
